Q - Are you insured?
A - Yes Pawprints Dog Day Care is professionally insured with specialise animal trade insurers. Our insurance covers public liability, day care, custody and control.
Q - Are you licensed?
A - Yes. Pawprints Dog Day Care worked for along time with Tewkesbury Council to gain planning permission for the business.
Q - Can I meet the team and see the facilities before sending my dog?
A - Yes we do viewings by appointment, Tues, Weds and Thurs at 2.30pm.
Q - What happens if my dog doesn’t get on with another dog?
A - Pawprints Dog Day Care is extremely strict in not accepting aggressive or un-social dogs. We group the dogs into play groups with compatible energy levels ensuring each play group is happy, relaxed and content.
Q - Will my dog be supervised at all times?
A - Yes. The dogs are under constant supervision by our team of dog handlers.
Q - What happens when it rains or is too cold for my dog to be outside?
A - We have heated snooze rooms where your dog has a choice of sofas and comfy dog beds to escape the weather. We also have field shelters in the outside play areas
Q - I have a puppy or small dog, can they come to Day Care?
A - Yes. The day care centre is the perfect environment for your puppy to grow and socialise. We accept puppies as soon as they have are fully vaccinated. Small and young dogs are always grouped together.
Q - Can my dog stay at the Day Care Centre overnight?
A - No. Dogs cannot stay at the Day Care Centre overnight.
Q - Do you offer day care on the weekends and bank holidays?
A - No. Pawprints Dog Day Care Centre operates from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:30
